- All orders shipped outside of the Unites States require a signature
- Orders are processed usually within 48 hours from time of purchase
excluding weekends and US public holidays - with the exception of preorder and specialty items.
- You will receive shipping confirmation in your email containing a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
- We advise to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if parcel has not been received at its expected destination 10 business days after the Estimated Time of Arrival.
- Please note that the shipping costs that Splendour Goods provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their address back to Splendour Goods as this fee is in no way covered by Splendour Goods.
- Once your package is with carrier it is no longer the responsibility of Splendour Goods. If you have not received your package or are wondering its location, please refer to your local post office or contact the carrier with your tracking information. Splendour Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
*Due to COVID-19, shipping has been delayed across the world in order to make time for new standard shipping policies and practices. Please be patient with all transportation and service workers who risk their health to provide you with your goods and mail.
All U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS with a shipping rate based on weight.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL with a shipping rate based on weight. Customs, import duties and taxes may apply. Please check your local customs office to know these before you buy.
Customs, import duties and taxes
- Prices do not include relevant overseas customs and/or import duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office for further information as it is the responsibility of the customer.
- Estimated delivery times do not include delays which may arise from custom holds.
- Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
- Preorder and handmade-to-order items will not be dispatched until the estimated shipping date shown on the product page.
- Any orders containing non preorder items will be only shipped upon arrival of the preorder. Separate shipping can be organized by way of contacting us and paying an additional shipping fee.
- Please note, we are unable to provide exact shipping dates for preorders other than the indicative date shown on the product page.
- You will be sent tracking information once the order is shipped and/or email updates after your purchase.
- In the case of unexpected delays in preorder shipments, we will contact you by email.
Incorrect order details including ordered items
- Editing order items including changes to shipping addresses or other order details may not be possible once an order has been processed
Please check all order details carefully before you place your order
- Refunds will not be issued for 'return to sender' and/or if details are entered incorrectly
- Please contact us immediately in order for us to investigate further
