PLACING AN ORDER, PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
By completing an online order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the price on our website www.splendourgoods.com
Payment must be made at the time of submitting the online order. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal or Stripe. You warrant that you are the authorized user of the credit card, Paypal, or Stripe account used to complete the payment.
All online orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and approval of SPLENDOUR GOODS. We will email you the confirmation receipt of your online order via the email addresses entered when making the purchase. SPLENDOUR GOODS may reject your online order for any reason and refund any payment made by you, at any time prior to dispatch.
A shipping confirmation email will only be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered when making the purchase.
During sale periods it may take up to 5 business days to process an order.
SPLENDOUR GOODS prices may vary in the event of price changes or mistakes on this website without prior notice to you.
Only selected products will be available for Pre-Order. The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the product on our online store. At the time you place your order, you will be required to pay the full price to secure your pre-order
You should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product and the actual delivery of the product. Delivery dates are subject to change. Should there be any unexpected delays with your order, you will be notified by email.
Our standard exchange and return policies apply to preorder purchases.
**Pre-order products are often a limited product and, although we encourage you to secure them, we also ask that you commit to your preorder item(s). We do not accept cancellations or refunds after 24 hours of a preorders sale.**
All sales are subject to our returns policy.
SPLENDOUR GOODS does not currently offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. SPLENDOUR GOODS will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair and there is no replacement. Please see more information below under our ‘Faulty Policy’.
All returns; within the United States and internationally need to be requested and logged for return within 7 days of receiving the item. If you are outside the timeframe stated above, SPLENDOUR GOODS reserves the right to deny your return.
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Sale items - including flash sales or discount offers will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
SPLENDOUR GOODS monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our returns policy. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion, or lead to the closure of your SPLENDOUR GOODS account.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned within 10 days of purchase. SPLENDOUR GOODS will also refund you, the customer any shipping costs incurred to return a product with a manufacturing fault.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as you have received your order. This way we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. and provide an image of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment.
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product. In the event that we do not have a replacement you will be refunded through your original payment method. The the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will shit the product back to you.
It does not constitute a defect, if in our rescuable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to use in accordance with the care instructions.
Gift cards are automatically emailed to the customer once purchased. Issuing an unique code to the email address input at the checkout. if the customer partially uses their gift certificate in one transaction, the remaining amount will be automatically updated and a new code will be issued to you via the email used in the initially purchase.
Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. SPLENDOUR GOODS does not take responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards. If an order is made using a gift card and then returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the gift card will be refunded as an online store credit only. Gift card purchases may be subject to secret checks from time to time, resulting in longer processing time.
Store credits are applied to the account register with the same email address used to place your order. Store credits can not be transferred to another account. Store credit is valid for 6 months. Any balance payments that remain after the 6 months, will not be available to use. Store credit does not incur interest nor can it be redeemed for refunded for cash. If an order is made using store credit and returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the store credit will be restored to your account only.
SPLENDOUR GOODS occasionally has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided at the checkout process and hit the ‘apply’ buttons. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically.
If you have not applied the promotional code but your order was placed during the event contact our team straight after you have placed the order. It is up to SPLENDOUR GOODS discretion to refund you the discounted amount.
Please note, only one promotional code may be used per transaction, unless otherwise specified each promotion code may only be used once per customer.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS
The website and all of it content, including but not limited to, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, videos and audio are the intellectual property of SPLENDOUR GOODS. All content is provided by SPLENDOUR GOODS as a service to its current and prospective customers and may be used for personal use and purchasing purposes. You may not use this website or any of its content for any commercial purposes, including advertising or advertising revenue generating activity on your own website. Any unauthorized copying, alteration, distribution, transmission, performance, display or theory use of the materials is prohibited. Reproduction or misuse of any trademarks and logos on the website are strictly prohibited. SPLENDOUR GOODS and its affiliated suppliers retain all rights in regarding their trademarks, trade names, brand names and trade dress. These made, names and trade dress, and all associated logos or images, are the register and or common law trademark and are protected by local and international laws and treaties.
ACCEPTABLE USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You agree that; you will not misuse our services, you will not make any speculative or fraudulent orders. You will not conduct systematic or automated data collection activities. You will not alter another website so that it false implies that you are affiliated with SPLENDOUR GOODS. You may only use the website to make legitimate orders and inquires. You are responsible for all use of your account, and for ensuring that all use of your account complies full with our terms.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
SPLENDOUR GOODS may terminate the services of any portion thereof, or any product or service through the website without notice.
You have the right to expect that:
1. Any products you order through the website will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will confirm to the description given on the website.
2. Certain solutions will be followed if a product is agreed to be defective or faulty.
3. You have the choice for a full refund or store credit if a defective product cannot be repaired of replaced.
SPLENDOUR GOODS ACCOUNT
As a SPLENDOUR GOODS account holder, you agree that you will be personally responsible for the use of your account and for all of the communication and activity on and pursuant to this website. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, SPLENDOUR GOODS is not tolerant of the uses, or otherwise violation of terms, and we may deny you access to the website on a temporary or permanent basis.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY US
SPLENDOUR GOODS reserves the right to cancel the order for any reason. Typically, orders are cancelled if the information provided by the customer appears falsified or if there is insufficient stock. Cancelled orders due to insufficient stock can happen due to a technical error on the website when ordering. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. If SPLENDOUR GOODS cannot fulfill the order, your original form of payment will be refunded/credited immediately. SPLENDOUR GOODS will refund the value of the goods and shipping only. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete depending on their processing time.
SHIPPING, INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Packages are unfortunately lost and damaged in transit. SPLENDOUR GOODS is not in control of what happens to a package once it is shipped. All packages are shipped with insurance, tracking, and signature delivery confirmation, notifying both the sender (SPLENDOUR GOODS) and the receiver (you). The address you provide must be one where you can personally sign for the package. It is required you enter a real delivery address and accessible email address for this purpose.
If the package is lost, you must first contact the shipping provider with your tracking number located in your email (UPS Tracking | Claims / USPS Tracking | Claims ). SPLENDOUR GOODS will do everything in our power to assist you in locating the package, but are not obligated for locating or refunding lost packages.
If the package is damaged in transit, SPLENDOUR GOODS will provide a refund upon your full cooperation in the insurance claim. As a small business, we only ask that you cooperate in providing us the necessary proof of damage so that we can complete the insurance claim with the shipping service that mishandled or damaged the package.
CUSTOMS TAXES AND DUTIES
If a purchase is made outside of the United States, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs and duties associated within your own country. For detailed information we recommend contacting your local customs office. SPLENDOUR GOODS is legally required to declare the full value paid on all SPLENDOUR GOODS orders and must include the correct invoice for customs, should customs request it.
