We ship to all 50 States using USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.
All domestic orders are shipped with insurance and tracking, with orders over $75 only requiring signature, notifying both the sender (SPLENDOUR GOODS) and the receiver (you).
We ship to many countries around the globe using USPS International, UPS Worldwide, and DHL Worldwide.
All International orders are shipped with insurance, tracking, and signature delivery confirmation, notifying both the sender (SPLENDOUR GOODS) and the receiver (you).

If the package is lost, you must first contact the shipping provider with your tracking number located in your email and work with them. SPLENDOUR GOODS will do everything in our power to assist you in locating the package, but are not obligated for locating or refunding lost packages that have been proven to be dropped with the carrier.
Orders over $75 will require a signature to insure the package arrives safely to you. Please always be sure to double check all entered address information during checkout to avoid a lost package.

While we do our best to pack your items safely, handling during transit is still out of our hands. We are just as sad as you to see vintage items break this way!
If the worst happens, and your package is damaged in transit, SPLENDOUR GOODS will provide a refund* or store credit, whichever you choose.
As a small business, we kindly ask that you first cooperate in providing us the necessary proof of damage so that we can complete the insurance claim with the carrier that mishandled/damaged the package.
Please note: the packaging and item(s) shipped must not be sent back to SPLENDOUR GOODS until a claim is complete.

*As a result of carrier insurance policies, SPLENDOUR GOODS is not able to refund or cover loss or damage that is caused by:
- Your own willful misconduct
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Item condition listed in the description
- Delay, however caused
CUSTOMS TAX AND DUTIES
SPLENDOUR GOODS is legally required to declare the full value paid on all SPLENDOUR GOODS orders and must include the correct invoice for customs, should customs request it. If your purchase is made from outside of the United States, you, the buyer, are responsible for all Customs and Duties associated within your own country.
To make paying these taxes more convenient, SPLENDOUR GOODS has enabled Customs Tax and Duties to be added to your order during checkout process. This is only available in certain countries. For specific detailed information regarding your countries requirements, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Countries that require you pay Import Customs Tax and Duties upon receiving your package are listed below.
